Session Rating Scale

The 10 items Session Rating Scale V2.0 is a tool to elicit feedback from the client on how they perceived the session. The measure is copyrighted by Lynn Johnson (1994). Lynn has generously agreed to share this questionnaire and items with ACORN members.

I use this questionnaire with my clients, and wouldn't want do the tharapy without. Since I began using the Session Rating Scale, my outcomes improved significantly; both a humbling and exciting experience.

I've attached a PDF file of the Session Rating Scale below. We'll be getting the questionnaire into a form that can be used by COMMONS in the next few days.
