How Do I Register to Participate?

Eligibility

Participation in the Regence Outcomes Informed Care Program is completely voluntary and is open to all Regence network providers who wish to become outcomes-informed clinicians.

Registration

If you are a Regence provider wishing to participate in the Outcomes Informed Care program, you must register as an ACORN Clinicians' Toolkit user: Register here.

  • You must have an email address and an NPI to register.
    • Enter your NPI in the Clinician ID field
  • Make sure to choose "Regence" as your sponsoring organization.
  • Keep your user name and password in a secure location.

The ACORN Toolkit is hosted at the Center for Clinical Informatics' Data Center. The Center is a contracted Regnece vendor. The Toolkit provides a personal, secure web page for each clinician to view the outcomes data for their clients.

Confirmation

Within 24 hours of registering, you should receive an e-mail from the Data Center at the Center for Clinical Informatics confirming your registration. You will also receive information on how to access your personal, secure web page and outcomes questionnaire.
